G'day there Gary, You can download the Avid Codecs package here . Do you have the latest Apple Pro Video Formats package as well? Have you tried both QuickTime Player and VLC? Let me know if updating/installing those packages helps.

I just installed the new Apple Pro Video Formats released yesterday (v2.1.2) and now I can't export to Apple ProRes from Avid. The option is gone from the video codecs drop-down menu. Noticed this after the lates update. After pressing cmd+H to hide avid it then crashes when you click the icon to restore the program (it never restores it just says Aplication not responding) This was after the last update to 2019.8.0 - running Mojave Anyone else having this issue?
