I'd really like to hear from anyone else that is experiencing this problem. Things have moved on since 2014 but the issue now plagues us. Workflow: Insert XDCam (optical disc) into PDW-U2 device > Link AMA > Transcode DNxHR LB Errors: Exception: Failed to get the sample size from AMA Plugin...

Hi, Today I had dozens of clips that were one frame off from being in sync with the seperatedly recorded audio (so, I couldn't autosync via source tc) In order to fix the issue, I had to adjust the auxillary timecode by one frame in each and every clip, as well as copy and paste the source timecode...

Is there a smart way to recapture a Offline edited Sequence with a TC Offset on all the material? Do I need the modify function? What happens i our Interplay environment, if I do that?

I could not solve the problem with the suggestions from the entry above... But after two hours I got finally the solution!!!!!!! The problem was one (corrupt?) file in my sequence. Once extracted I had no problems to consolidate the sequence. Guess what it took me to find that one... I had to reduce...

short story long. camera original tapes were digitized tapes = dropframe Avid database = NDF modify NDF to DF - seems to be a consistant offset. Is there anyway to digitize with an offset like DS or even FCP does. Console command perhaps. Thanks for and info Jeff
