The upcoming Media Composer 2020.4 is a new break though in Avid's History. Some years before many thought that Avid has lost its way regarding MC. However and under the new leadership it goes on with high hopes. Don't stay back. Go and update to it. Even T+ its starting to work as it should. 2 things are missing mostly for me: 1. T+ needs somehow

I had high hopes for the new T+. And it let me down somehow. That was till recent versions. It seems that T+ finds its way and the future looks awesome with the T+. I always believe at the Avid team and they worked hard for what is coming. I mean about everything but especially for the real working T+. Congrats.

You can register both at machine level and cloud. You got 3 activations for 3 machines. I got the 1 for the Desktop and the other for Cloud. And it remains one. P.S. I closed the cloud session and kept the machine only on PC. It works fine. As Job says if you keep the cloud session you have to activate online each time you open MC.
