Also, why do the uninstallers leave behind those six or seven files in the application folder if I should delete them now? Should I just leave them there as well and go ahead and attempt the 5.0.3 install?

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the reply. Well I noticed that when I downloaded the 5.0.3 installer there was an uninstaller in there. I ran that and it informed me there was nothing to uninstall. So is it necessary to uninstall the Digidesign Folder? Will it be re-installed? I also have Final Cut on this system. Is it possible that things in the Digidesign folder
