So, I seem to have found the solution to this problem. I removed both 16GB memory strips from inside the PC, couldn't see anything wrong and inserted them back inside - my PC is now showing 32GB of RAM. I can only assume that, for whatever reason, one of the memory strips was not connected properly. My export to DNxHR has now gone through okay

I came across this whilst trying to find a solution to the same problem, so although this was a long time ago I'll post a reply in case it helps someone else. What fixed it for me was clicking to bring up the timeline menu (icon bottom-left) and selecting "Default Setup".
