not only are the drivers terrible, but getting them with Matrox's baffling "driver picker" is like taking a trip to the internet in 1993.

I'm using 6.5 and can't get my Matrox mini to work with any real consistency. It did work ok in 5.5, but now it's just an annoying paperweight. Have heard nothing from Matrox re:drivers except the MacOS one. No PC driver yet, so it may be on eBay soon.
