How & what files do you copy directly to the BluRay disk? Do you consolidate your project directly to the BluRay or are you coping your AVID Media Files directly to the BluRay? I would like to remove as many steps as possible! Backing up is very time consuming!

My department consists of three Symphony Nitris DX and two Media Composers that sit on and Isis system with interplay. We also work exstensively with After Effects and CS5.
