Take the still into Photoshop and remove and replace the background there. Photoshop has some powerful tools that allow you to select difficult areas. Remove the existing background and replace it with a new one using the layers available in Photoshop. Then re-import the modified image into MC.

There are many MC tutorials available on YouTube.
