Yes, I've been getting this same error with 12.24.1

I have found a lot of .avi files in my archive and have tried to import them into latest MC version, but once imported, video is just a green screen and no audio tracks at all. Need a solution ASAP. Thanks.

Thanks for your help. I haven't tried a re-link, but other files I did a re-import and all came back. I have many yet to fix.

I think that they were linked.

I lost some files from my media drive, so I'm getting the message MEDIA FILE OFFLINE with the red segments in my timeline. I have backups of the affected files on another drive. Have not been able to restore them so that they link up. Can this be fixed - if so, how? (MC ULTIMATE 2023.3) Thanks.

File, Output, Export to File, Export as MP4, Export Setting, "UNTITLED" comes up and I save as a .MP4 There does seem to be a shortage of options in the drop down box - could I be missing something?

Using MC Ultimate 2023.3 (necessary for successful Black Magic Capture) cannot manage to get a proper export file with audio. I've made dozens of tries and just can't figure what's gone wrong. I'm so happy to find this post, as I have been dealing with the same problem. Had multiple software installs/uninstalls attempting to get systems to work properly. I'll now get software back and apply the fix. Thanks for the help!
