If I use Blackmagic Desktop Video v12.4.2 with MC2022.12 and an Intensity Pro 4K card, I get this problem: HW/SW -> INTENSITY PRO 4K -> CONFIGURE (Nothing happens) SETTINGS -> PROJECT -> VIDEO OUTPUT -> MORE (Nothing happens) Roll back to Blackmagic Desktop Video v11.6 and everything works as it should i.e. the Blackmagic Desktop Video

This is my setup: MC2022.12 Blackmagic Desktop Video 11.6 (see different thread as to why I'm using this version) Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K card PAL/NTSC client monitor For client monitoring, when I change the project settings to a PAL/NTSC progressive (23.976p, 24p, 25p) and play the footage, the client monitor shows a vertically squashed image

Thanks Pat. I know with my virus scanner, I can purchase a license ahead of time (e.g. if there is a good offer) but it only starts when i actually activate the license. If you buy a 12 month subscription, doesn't the software stop working once that subscription expires?

Just wanted to know how long you can keep an activation code if you didn't want to activate the software straight away. Is there an expiry date to these things? And does the license start from the purchase date or when you actually activate the software? Thanks!
