They could be asking for a MP4 H.264 stringout with handles, in which case you will have to create a new sequence with the archive, and manually add 10 frame handles either side, Or they could be asking for a AAF, where the handles would be much easier to add. Hi, Can you reset user and site settings? Is there an I/O device connected to this system? Where are the mediafiles stored? Can you delete the mediafile database files? Does this issue persist when reading mediafiles of one specific drive?
