Disconnected AJA T-TAp and uninstalled AJA Drivers/software and NO BEACHBALLS. Of course I now have no output to client monitor....but I can edit without force quitting and re-starting every two minutes. Will have to try updating AJA firmware to see if that helps.

We occoasionally get this error message: We do not always get this....most times it just a beachball with no error message

I have had a constant serious issue with the spinning beachball anytime I try to link to P2 Card footage in Media Composer. Apparently this is a known Bug...(MCCET 2823.) No resolutions as of yet...also working with AJA and they have provided a beta version of their driver which works intermittently....some improvement...but not consistent.

We have tried that with no success. I have an open case with customer care but nothing seems to be happening with it. It's very frustrating.

We recently installed a DNXiV for use with our studio capture iMac workstation. We are trying to capture audio with the DNXiV via Media Composer 2018.10 using the 25-pin analog breakout cable. We are able to capture audio successfully...HOWEVER....we cannot get the audio signal to register in the Media Composer Audio Tool unless we have the capture

We will be using MC 2018.11 with Mojave and Caldigit AV Pro 2 external drives with a new iMac 5K Retina. When formatting, should we still use Mac OS Extended Journaled or the new Apple APFS format? Thanks!
