Hi David, can you check your version of flash? BTW, you shouldn't have to (or want to) click the "Go to Avid TV" link. The way you are describing what's happening makes me think flash is not working/loading. Version 8 and higher (v10 is the latest) should work ok. But maybe I have this wrong; I'll double-check with the designer

Hmmm...again I am not seeing an issue using Chrome v5.0.375 on Vista 64. What version and OS are you running Chrome on? Also, what version of flash do you have installed? And thank you for checking.

Hi David, Spot checking the tutorial videos on http://www.avid.com/US/resources/media-composer-5-getting-started-training does not reproduce the issue you are seeing. Hi Richard, sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. Unfortunately you are not alone. That said, today we plan to deploy a new set of account management screens from avid.com that hopefully make it a little easier and more clear to create (or access) your single Avid Master Account and link any other Avid applications to this account. I'll try

Hi guys, thanks for pointing out a potential issue. Basically, if you sign-in and select the "remember me" box you should not have to sign-in again on repeat visits. You should have a perpetual cookie. If you are having the issue of needing to sign-in on every visit, and you have completely cleared/deleted all avid.com domain cookies, then

Luca and all, this is perfect feedback because now when we come across a similar situation we can point at actual use cases where people did not find links all the same helpful. This is the type of data that does not come out of web analytics; there's no replacement for direct customer feedback. I wish we could do user testing for all our web changes

Yes, we really want you to view the features tab... It just comes down to a tactic for leading people to information. The opposite approach is to have an unlinked list of the same text but then at the end of the list have a link "see what's new in MC5" that points to the features page. We're just trying different things to see how
