problem solved - I activated the software on another computer , downloaded the activation file, startet the activation tool .... now it works :-)

After deativating and uninstallation of the old MC version and installing the new 8.1-version the activation window opens and asks for activation. When hitting ok the application manager opens but the licensing tab is empty / clear / white without any fields, buttons ... Where`s the problem?

It was in June 2013 when MC 7.0 was released. One year later we have version 7.0.4 with marginal bug fixes. Now AVID offers licence options for further versions without any benefits for their customers. Far from it! Sorenson will only be a lite version. If I don`t go this new way, I will lose support for the regular bought licences. Two years before

Am I really the only one with this problem? The message is an "AVID generated message". So there must be a possibility to manage the modules.

Since today I can`t import psd-files. When i select the psd-file I get the message: Exception: Module exited unexpectedly. I also tried files which already worked one day before. I have changed nothing . Any suggestions?
