  • Can I add multiple clips to a particular length of time in timeline

I produce a weekly real estate show and am looking for a way to shorten one of the more legthy tasks- and that is adding pictures of properties to the timeline. For example, if the property description voice over is 50 seconds long, and I have 8 pictures of the property to use within that 50 second time frame, I will add the first picture and splice

I did rebuild the site settings and created a new user profile and the problem is solved- I think. Perhaps there wasn't a problem after all. To be clear, I was trying to move the clip from an open bin to the icon of another bin in the project window. That way it didn't work (although I thought it used to when I was using Xpress Pro) But I opened

I click and hold the clip in the first bin, and as I drag the clip to the second bin it gives me the "outline" of the clip. When I drag the "outline" to the bin I want the clip to be in and release, it does nothing. I've tried dragging and dropping clips from one bin to an unopened bin, to another open bin, while holding down

  • Can't drag clips from one bin to another

Hello! I'm using MC 6.5.2 and I'm finding that I can't select a clip from one bin annd drag it to another bin. While I'm fairly new to Media Composer I had been using Xpress Pro for quite some time and never had this issue. I want to thank the people that helped me with my problem- by moving the IDE controller card to the 3rd slot on the motherboard, the stuttering, jerky playback of video and audio is gone. It makes sense- the controller card is sharing resources on the 1st or 2nd slot- and the 3rd slot is unused by the system, giving the IDE card full resources- and

Brett- thanks for the reply...now for a dumb question. The controller card is not very long- and fits perfectly in the slot its in on the mother board. There are only 2 slots that are this length- the slot that has the pyro firewire card and the slot with the IDE controller card. So, can this controller card go into one of the longer, unused slots next

I just updated the video driver and that did not help. I'm not sure of the exact name of the slot, but it is in the 2nd slot, next to the pyro card which is next to the video card- I hope that helps. It's in the second of the smaller slots on the motherboard, with the pyro card in the 1st one.

  • I'm Losing My Mojo!

I have not been able to get my Mojo working properly since I first hooked it up to my system. In a nutshell, when I play my timeline, or video in the composer window, I am getting stuttering or choppy playback. The audio is choppy and the video seems to skip about every second or so. However, when I unplug the Mojo and run the Avid straight to the DVCAM
