My theory is that Avid programmers don't like Mac and Radeon gfx cards... only NVIDIA! FrameFlex with Advanced (Polyphase) image interpolation and ENABLED GPU effect works great with my Windows setup with the ancient GTX970 gfx card... I'm an ancient MC user too... TaT

This problem is a long time with us. Still unsolved... 1080i50 project and UHD clips. FrameFlex gives strange results that depend on the selected image interpolation mode. ADVANCED gives a worse result than the STANDARD! Avid please do something with it... TaT

Of course, you decide how keyframes behavior is. Before trim, select effect, enter Effect Editor, select keyframes and choose its behaviour TaT
