Thanks for your help regardless! It seems stupid that the only way to do something as simple as adding a clock in AVID is to download a beta version of an unsupported plugin from 2011. AVID should really add a robust clock feature to future versions of MC.

It seems AVID's favourite trick is to pretend it's not activated, when it is. I've been through this at least six times before with AVID. Application Manager says Media Composer is activated, but AVID itself won't go past the 'Electronic Activation or Hardware Key" screen. Any time I click continue, it opens Application Manager

The project is a stage produciton with a heavily spackled floor, and I'm finding on playback with MPEG-2 encoding that the spackling is creating all kinds of playback issues that are not present when using h264 or x264 encoding.

The previously advised workflow is QT mov or QT ref from Avid> Sorenson Squeeze to create blu ray files> Avid DVD to author blu ray disc. However, Avid DVD only supports MPEG-2 encoding for Blu Ray, and I've found the quality is not sufficient

Timeline is 12 mins 46 seconds. Okay so i duplicated the timeline and deleted the second half, so I had a timeline of the first half only, running at abotu 7 minutes. That exported fine. I repeated this and deleted less, so the timeline was longer. That also exported fine. I kept doing this deleting less and less, all no problem. I then duplicated the

The middle exports fine too. This isn't specific to one timeline, it's all timelines. I still can't export an entire timeline.
