Does Avid support the new JVC HDV camera? Also, It looks like Avid does not support 24p HDV is that correct?

I am getting the same message. It just says "Access Violation Error" not DISK Access Violation. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I have done everything in the link provided by Baklap with no luck. Anyone have any other thoughts?
