The error in the console, Internal Error, normally appears when the driver isn't loaded. Have you checked that the extension isn't waiting to be approved under Sys prefs > Security & Privacy? We've found with the later OS's it can take up to five times approving the kext before you get the 'Rebuilding Extensions Cache'

Hi all, Now that EDGE is being discontinued, it would be really helpful to have the NEXIS Edge proxy workflow unlocked to work with NEXIS workspaces even when an EDGE server is not involved (it currently only allows creating proxies to local drives when standalone). Sorry to bump an old thread. Should it be possible to use the 'create proxies' workflow without a NEXIS EDGE server? With an enterprise license on MC 24.2 we're seeing the 'create proxies' menu item but are unable to select a NEXIS workspace, only local drives. Thanks Jon

Hi there. We've got a DNXIQ that failed a firmware update and is now dead. Blackmagic say that they won't reflash it and Avid must do this. How would be go about getting this done? Can the software be provided? Thanks Jon
