Currently with 24.12 we're seeing sub cap issues with older 24.6 and lower versions however subcaps seem to work with older 2020 -2023 versions without issue. What we're seeing is centered subcaps in lesser versions are pushed off to screen left in 2024.10+. Was hoping for a fix in 2024.12 but it's still a bug. Hopefully a .1 patch is coming

Perhaps I am not understanding correctly but isn't that what grouping and using the previous or next in group shortcut is for? If the source code is the same? We use the group tools regularly in series work with mulitple cameras recordingthe same source TC. This has been around for a very long time.

Nice app. Just watched a youtube workflow vid here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ByHmPq9W-Q Wish I'd had this 20 years ago when we were consolidating for LA editors weekly!!!

Great news and moving away from KEXTs would also be fantastic!

We have done this often in our tv series workflows with LA/BC/UK/ etc and have consolidated full timelines making sure not to relink to the new media on our systems. We've always been able to take a timeline back from those editors which relinks to our media without issue. Consolidating is a good way if needing to deal with picture / sound imo.

Just wanted to circle back and say Thanks. The 14.5 BMD driver dropped last night and is working as expected.

Just wanted to report that this seems to be working in 2024.12 now although we are still also using the workaround we found in 2024.6 which was the column order. We got it to work using User, Locator Colour, Frame, TC, Track, End, Comment. That would put things in the correct column width and not make the Frame column the majority of the page width

Hi Marianna, Just wanted to update that this seems to still be an issue with 2024.12.0 which I have just updated to tonight to test and subcaps coming from older version [in this case 2024.2] subcaps are all shifted left as before. Bug still persists.

Copy that. Thank you. Rolling back fixed this issue for now. Will look for the driver from BMD.
