Stop using Macs for anything, folks......why would anyone use that weird OS these days? Because its cool? Because they impose odd requirements on software makers? I am on a PC and have no issues with the BMD mini monitor.

make sure the drivers for your graphics card are up to date.

XDCAM files can be linked and imported from an XDCAM disc but the XDCAM process with creating proxies, etc. has apparently been removed. It is still possible to write back to an XDCAM disc. You can roll back MC to get that function back. There is a version with the disc function on the AVID download center.

Yes, animation can be a problem with Titler+. Let us hope it is at the top of the list for the AVID engineers. Stills are fine, it seems. For now, a suggestion to try a copy of NewBlue TotalFX 360 that includes Titler Pro 7. Titles made in that program are cross platform and work in AVID, Premiere, Vegas, Resolve. It is a native plugin to Media Composer

Are the Nvidia drivers up to date?

An end user can stay on free programs from start to finish for one of these Titler+ exports not just as a matte and fill but also a universal MOV file...... start with Media Composer First and create a cool title and export the matte and fill import both files into the free version of Resolve , apply a track matte, then export the timeline as CineForm
