Hi, As far as I understand the response there are no credentials set in the request and most likely the instance of Interplay WebServices you are using is not configured. I'd suggest to contact the developer of the framework you're using as Avid doesn't provide any C++/.Net samples for WebServices usage. Thanks, Vadym
