try flipping a test file in Shutter Encoder to MP4 and see if that works.......feels like a weird codec issue....

do you have access to the original files? Can you link to them and make new 1080 proxies?

even though there is an option to install on something other than the c drive, it never worked for me. I always had to end up installing on the c drive. maybe it is time for a larger c drive?

one tip if using this method with the default project in TP7.. ..if no changes are made to an insert in the timeline, that instance of TP7 might switch back to whatever the latest default project is....changes of any kind will prevent that..... ...lower thirds are the most likely use of multiple instances of the same TP project in a timeline......and

move all the MXF files to the new drive in a set of folders at the root of the drive remember the 1st folder has to be named "Avid MediaFiles"...inside this folder create another folder called "MXF"....and create a folder inside that named "1". Move all the MXF files from your various drives to that "1" folder
