There will be a new video for the basics coming, with a discussion of moving and using a remote library and the best way to save a project.

..this works well and is a good way to get many projects you won't use from taking up library space and slowing down the Titler Pro interface launch. A big discovery was seeing presets had disappeared if the Transitions and Effects folders were removed from the Library. The program will work, but no presets. Normal Map, Shape Warp and Lighting should

one tip if using this method with the default project in TP.. ..if no changes are made to an insert in the timeline, that instance of TP7 might switch back to whatever the latest default project is....changes of any kind will prevent that..... ...lower thirds are the most likely use of multiple instances of the same TP project in a timeline......and

Trying what you suggested was an apparent success. The file from a 3 screen setup was copied to the folder of a brand new user profile, the name was changed to match the project and the monitor configurations and keyboard settings did come over. If you want to keep using RED you may have to use an older version of MC. Do you have the install media for RED? You might try reinstalling that after a new install of MC. That may cause licensing

Thank you for the information. It is something with the setup causing this. If it were widespread, the forum would be full of reports. The next troubleshooting step would be to roll MC back. Also, finding a way to run the project and media from another CPU running 23.8.1. Outlook comes with One Drive. That is a way to post a file for others to see.

NVidia drivers up to date? If you roll back to an earlier MC version, does the stuttering go away in the MC project with the problem? The install of 23.8 came after an uninstall of the previous version? Any chance you can post any files for others to look at like the project file? As an aside, how old is the computer? An I7 with 32g of RAM is a bit
