Resolved what? There are hundreds of reasons MC can crash... your solution may be only refering to one particular reason for a crash... What was the particulars regarding your AppCrash? What were you doing when it crashed ... any specific error messages... is this Bin Script View related?

When you mentioned that the problems only recently started... the first thing that comes to mind is... what did you add to your OS system... including Window Upgrades and patches or drivers. The only solution I have found... is to reinstall (which is what you did) then do not upgrade MC... and, same is true with Windows... but, you might exclude only

If there is one thing I would not deviate from what AVID recommends... that is the video card. It is less about performance but rather potential conflicts with drivers.
