Don't you chose the raster dimension via the project format you create or on first maybe it's the sequence you create? The format is then locked.

Be aware that projects created in MC First can't be opened in regular MC. You are better to run the 30 day trial and then apply a license.

One of the crippling issues with Title + is its had 3 years of tweaks fixes and changes. I find trying to move projects with titles (in Titler +) around systems over all the versions since 2020.4 is basically Russian roulette. You have no idea if your titles will come across and if they do how complete they will be. It's an impossible position to

For an NLE that prided itself on compatibilty across versions this is very sad.

You shouldn't relink audio. The audio you import is full quality uncompressed. That audio should be retained for the finishing dub. If you have to relink camera sources only relink video.

I'd always do a test of the round trip first. Use a few source clips. Make a short dummy sequence. send to resolve, add a basic grade and send back. Its important a workflow is tested for issues before your are in the job. If the workflow works stick to it, don't change it (without doing more tests)

If you linked your media into your project and that media is now in a different location then the masterclips I will Avid can nolonger "see" that media do it shows as offline. If you link that media again into a new bin in your project you should see the origin master clips cone online. This is expected behaviour.

Its no easy thing to have a product range that differentiates features by price. If all the really great stuff was in the base product how can you have a premium level?

I presume Avids line is that if a 3rd party emulates Nexis then it will work (because it works with Nexis) if the 3rd party storage isn't emulating nexis completely or accuratley then it won't work as required. But thats not Avids fault. I'm not even sure how Avid could resolve that.
