Thanks Lew, I had 5.0 not 5.5 and for limited use it seemed to work. I was hoping to be able to use Liq to output a VCD file on an SD card for loop playback in a portable dvd player for a demonstration project. By taking time to learn more about Avid FX and the BCC filters, it is possible to save a lot of time doing effects. Those two applications work from within Avid MC. A feature found in Liquid done at the click of a button can also be done in MC. BUT it takes a little more than the click of a button.
