Zooming in/out and dragging the Monitor Pictures

BCC Pan & Zoom
I found that this filter was more difficult to get the hang of than the Avid Pan & Zoom filter. However, once I started to understand it I could see that it gave better control and probably better sharpness and a smoother pan than the Avid filter. Luckily both of them reside in the Effects Palette...
