I'm using Boris Red, but this question applies to Avid FX and Boris FX as well. When I move the pivot point for rotating a plane, the point that's displayed doesn't display anywhere near the point that is actually used for the pivot. Hi, I've just subcribed to Media Composer v8 and I'd like to check whether I'm missing something or is Avid FX not included any more? It's not in with the effects. I really only want it to get access to blend/composite modes without having to go to BCC or AE. Thanks for your help. G (read more)

Update just released. Those who own Avid FX now can update to Boris Red 5.5 for $295. I'm trying to view & preview effects in the Library Browser window of Avid FX64, the version delivered with MC 7.0.2. When I choose the default folder as the option, it finds the library.
