    PhraseFind Police -- Must Read!

In a friendly conversation with a Final Cut Pro editor, I described Avid's new PhraseFind feature.

Of course he jumped onto his Apple products high horse.  So I challenged him to a race.

I told him I could take some raw footage of a cooking show on my Mac Avid and cut together a verse from The Police's "Every Breath You Take" -- and that I could do it faster than he could do a simple Google search for the Final Cut Pro equivalent and download whatever he found.

I won.  Smile  Here it is:

It took :45 seconds to make.
