Motion tracking - Can motion be applied to other effects

Sorry about the ambiguious subject - What I'm really asking is can MC 3.0 apply motion tracking data to effects that don't have the motion tracking button built in?

Effects like Magic Bullet Looks and Sapphire allow for postioning of masks by x,y coordinates, etc. but they don't natively offer motion tracking input. Is there a way to track motion in MC and then somehow apply the results to these sorts of plugins?

    Thanks,

Not that I know of. You can make and Matte key of the effect and track that if such a technique applies to what you are doing.
