    Looking specifically for a heart symbol. Wondering if Avid comes preinstalled with symbols in either title tool or marquee?

     Not in front of my Avid right now, but I seem to remember a font group called wing-dings.

    See if you have a font called "Bookshelf Symbol 7." It's the lowercase "w."

     In Webdings there's a nice one on uppercase Y.
