Avid 2024.12 - 2025.06 cracking down with exports of prores on my Windows System.

Dear Avid users, With every update after version 24.10, I have to revert to an earlier version because I can't export large ProRes files to MP4 or H.265 on my Windows system. By 'large', I mean files bigger than 30 GB. When I export the sequences, Avid crashes completely on Windows. Are there any others experiencing this issue? Unfortunately, version 2025.06 has the same problem on my system, but everything works fine when I roll back to version 2024.10. Thanks, C.

Can you grab a crash report for this and send it to me..... ?

It is best to save the crash file by clicking on Save Log...  and send the file (.crash) as an attachment.

When a crash is encountered, the crash file (.crash) is saved by default to the following folders:

    macOS: /Users/<username>/Library/Logs/Avid/Crashlog/

    Windows: C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Local/Avid/Logs/Crashlog/

If you click CANCEL, the crash log will be deleted.  Avid recommends that you Save the Log.

Let me know andI will get a case going and the log attached to it end tech can check it.
