I’m trying to preregister an application via the Developer Portal (Avid Account → My Developer Account → Access the Developer Portal), but both the Developer Portal and Seller Portal links appear to be down or unresponsive.

Could you please check if there’s an ongoing issue or provide an alternate method to access these pages?
