We’re currently experiencing an issue where some redirects to Knowledge Base articles or files aren’t working as expected. We are working to resolve this by replacing all the old links. In the meantime, if you come across a broken link, we have a quick workaround that should enable you to access the article you are looking for.
Quick workaround:
You can still access the content by manually updating the URL. Just replace this portion of the old URL: https://avid.force.com, with this: https://kb.avid.com.
The rest of the existing URL stays the same. See the example below:
❌Old URL: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/how_to/Avid-Complete-Plug-In-Bundle
✅ New URL: https://kb.avid.com/pkb/articles/en_US/Knowledge/Avid-Complete-Plug-In-Bundle
