Let's say I have 24 audio tracks and I want to apply 4 frames dissolve 2 frames before the cut.

Then one clip has no handles so the dissolve can not apply. I want to quickly see what clip / track it is so I can addjust that clip. The same with the trim tool, when I want to trim sth. but one clip has reached the end and trim is not working. I thought there was some visual indicator in the past? Or maybe it was another NLE? Or am I missing a setting?
