My title tool decided to stop working recently. No change was made to OS (10.13.6).
I have tried to find a solution on forums and facebook - this seems to have happened to a few people but I can't find a solution. I have uninstalled MC 2018.10 and reinstalled. New user settings, deleted MC State....
Please help!
Hi sab123,
Check your drive permission settings, It is a shot in the dark but might be a good start.

There could be a number of reasons why Avid is unable to create the 'mc_ooptt_context' temp file. Here are a few potential causes:
Insufficient permissions: Avid may not have sufficient permissions to create a new file in the designated temp folder. You can try changing the permissions on the temp folder to allow Avid to write to it.
Disk space issues: If the disk where the temp folder is located is full, Avid will not be able to create the temp file. Make sure you have enough free space on the disk to accommodate the temp file.
File system errors: If there are errors in the file system, Avid may not be able to create the temp file. You can try running a disk check or repair tool to fix any file system errors.
Software bugs: There may be a bug in the Avid software that is preventing it from creating the temp file. In this case, you may need to update to the latest version of Avid or contact their support team for assistance.
Hardware issues: If there are hardware issues with the computer or storage device, Avid may not be able to create the temp file. This could be caused by issues with the hard drive, memory, or other hardware components.
