I am trying to finish the integration between a third party software with iNews via MOS. The third party uses standard MOS 2.8.5 protocol. The third party software runs a ncsAppInfo request and iNews replies:

"<mos><ncsAppInfo>        <ncsInformation>            <userID>avstar</userID>        </ncsInformation>    </ncsAppInfo></mos>"

However, following MOS protocol (section 5.3.3 ncsAppInfo – Application information and context) the expected reply should be similar to:

"<mos>              <mosID>configuredMOSID</mosID>                <ncsID>INEWS</ncsID><ncsAppInfo>             <ncsInformation>   <userID>avstar</userID>         </ncsInformation></ncsAppInfo></mos>"

Do you know if there is a way that iNews provides a reply similar to the one expected? The MOS integration is based on HTML plugin so HTML-Plugin, MOS-MAP and MAP together with MOS Gateway servers have alredy been configured with AVID support help, but maybe something is still missing to obtain the information needed.
