    error message help

    MediaCentral UX on iPad opens with "there are no systems configured on the media central server"

     

    The server IP i enter at login is correct.  iPad is on ios 13.  MediaCentral is lastest version.

    Is the Interplay production in the pam.yaml config correctly set?

    You can check it on the MediaCentral admin page.

    Go to Configuration Settings > Modules > Production Management

    The Host Name has to be a FQDN of you Interplay Production server.

     

    If it is not correctly you can change it in the /etc/avid/config/pam.yaml

    After that run cmd.  avidctl platform redeploy

    If it is a production system contact Avid support it is safer
