How to swap clips on timeline with groups?

First, I edited a sequence with AMA clips and camera sound.
Then, I grouped the AMA clips with the recorded sounds.

How to swap the AMA clips on the timeline with the groups to transcode the entire sequence at once.

    Totally wrong order, I know.

I can fix it the long way by synchronising on the timeline clip by clip again, but maybe there's a shortcut.

    Is there one?

Do some research on the Autosync tool.  That is what is used to make a single clip from different video and audio clips.

Once that is done it will still be a manual process to sub the old AMA clips with the new Autosynced clips (maybe not - might be a relink trick there) but Autosync clips are much better to work with.  They show when a clip's sync has been "broken" for one.
