    I'm having this too, I blame it on the unstoppable Windows updates, the only change occurred between the perfectly working state and the loopy behaviour. Tried to roll back the BM driver, turning on and off or enabling disabling devices in the Windows sound panel and it did not work, will try the workarounds in this thread and report back.

    I've been refusing the Win10 updates for ages as they just dont tell you what they are and am terrified of it upsetting Avid with a major OS update.  So bad the way you dont get any real info on the updates... So may not be this...

    I have the same issue on my home 2018.11 Mac system with an AJA Kona 3G on El Cap.  So not just a Windows issue.

    Has there been an update on this buf MCCET-2818?

    I'm leaning toward enforced Windows updates by our parent company as i'm starting to see this on previously perfect machines.

    Our facility are all on HP 840's (17 suites plus ten ingests) with Kona LHi. I've cycled through driver 12 - 15 and the issue hasn't gone away...

    Mine has gone for over a month since rolling back BM Intensity driver.  I refuse all Windows updates as they wont tell me what they are upfront, clearly - like they used to.

    I checked and they were able to reproduce it in house finally - last week.  One of our engineers is now actively working on this and I should know more in a few days.   Can you ping me directly for an update on Friday?

    Didn't go that far back tinkering with the drivers, 10.9.12 seems to be usable, for the time being; if no news, good news. Thank You DIESELE.

    I think, in the latest Version (Desktop Video 11.1) the bug is fixed.

    It has not yet been fixed with the Avid qualified version of 11.0. I guess it is something to look forward to. :) Marc

    Not qualified yet, but perhaps Marianna is referring to the 11.1 BM driver here http://community.avid.com/forums/t/186441.aspx?PageIndex=6 so it could be worth to give it a try (I didn't!).

    I just had to completely rebuild my system and OS - ohh joy - had just been getting more and more issues over time and bit the bullet!  Am on the lastest Win10 having refused any updating previously.

    I used the latest BM desktop driver I had but it again did the loop thing.  I downloaded the latest V11.1 and it fixed it.

    I've had a dirty quit already but I'm so much better off in stability and speed and reaction times now on the fresh system.
