I'll try to re-install after Friday.
Following Avid's sage advice I uninstalled AppManager and MC, then downloaded most recent version of MC, installed that and since then it all works fine.
For the life of me I can't understand why Avid can't get the AppMan straight - there are so many issues with it.
I had been waiting for 2018.8 forever to fix some bugs in .7. I checked my app manger regularly but hadn't thought to crosscheck with the main avid site. Now finding months later that .9 is out! I'll reinstall both fresh tonight now that I'm aware of this application manager issue.

Doesnt look like your MY Avid is up to speed with the lastest software. Can you email me Bobby the system ID and the My Avid used for this. I tried your icloud email and only one subscription was there and not updated
