    Deactivate Licence.

    Hi,

    I have problem with my licence. I must deactivate and activate another licence number.

    Unfortunately deactivate function in Avid Application Manager does not work and I receive communicate: Failed Deactivation.

    If anyone can help me?

    You should contact Avid Support.

    Select Broadcast & Video, then on the next page click the + next to Contact Support and call the number listed for your area.  Help with activation issues is free, and it's option 2 from the phone menu.

    If you still don't get anywhere with them, send an email to Marianna Montague (marianna.montague@avid.com).  She's their customer advocate, and can help you.

    I wrote many times.

    Support sent me new System and Activation ID but I can not deactivate old in Application Manager.

    I signalize it in support and they - please deactivate but I can not deactivate. Five times, five days.

    I sent screen, film and again please activate new .....
