Sorting video clips by UTC file Creation Date

The original video fomat is file based H264 Mov from a Canon DSLR

The original video source has the Encoded UTC creation date... I can see the date when I drop it into SUPER for video details.

The Creation Date in AVID (per bin creation date column) is indicated to be the day that I downloaded the from the SD card to the Hard Drive.  The Creation Date in AVID is not the Encoded UTC Creation Date indicated on the video file.

    Question:

Is there anyway to sort by the Encoded UTC Creation Date (not file downloaded creation date) in AVID... or... ANY other application... that can read and sort the meta data based on the shot date indicated as the UTC Creation Date on a H264 video file?

So far, I have looked through every bin column list choices and have not found a shot date that reflects the UTC Creation Date.
