Can you use 3D LUTs like Lustre.3Dl or Luther.txt or Iridas .look ?
The documentation does not mention 3D LUTs. I just played with it and it looks like it supports only 2D LUTs. The file extension it loads and saves is .lut, basically a text file.

That's what I thought. I use the TCube FIG to generate LUTs onset and then was planning on using MetaFuze to generate MXFs with the LUTs. Normally I generate .LOOK files for the Speedgrade DI system, there is the abaility to create 1D LUTs (which are the same as 2D LUTs apparently) I will give that a try.

While I have your attention and if you don't mind...
With MetaFUZE I can load uncompressed DPX files in Quicktime wrapper and apply the LUT correct?
Will there be a version of MetaFUZE that will support 3D LUTs in the future?
Will there be a version of MetaFUZE that will support .ARI ARRI RAW files in the future?
thanks
If Quicktime on your platform can support DPX wrapped in QT then MetaFuze can read it.
I don't know if they are planning 3D LUT support for MetaFuze. DS supports 3D LUTs so it is reasonable to expect they may port that to MetaFuze. Still, MetaFuze is intended for media prep for offline work so having 3D LUTs does not seem essential to that goal.
Look at the older posts on this forum. I think there was a discussion on ARI support.
