I extended some clips on my timeline about 2 secs with the extend too key. Now for whatever reason I keep getting this error. I can't work on the project and it is due tomorrow but I need to revue it today. I know there is extra footage to extend to, and I did an undo to get it back to its original state. I exited out of the system and started the computer back up but I am still seeing this message. The sequence will not play.
May be you have some error in certain clips try deleating some frames from the end of these clips.

I did, it would be nice to have info on what clip is causing the problem. I even tried deleting them all. Still working on it, thanks.
Isolate the offending clip by marking the sequence in to out, use "play in/out" and starting with the video monitor on the V1 track, narrow the marked region making it progressively smaller, until you home in on the problem clip. Move the video monitor up the video layers as necessary. This is a bit tedious, but be patient, work through it and you'll find the problem child. Then create a new clip and new media for replacement.
