Please email Marianna and cc myself (mike.pifalo@avid.com); include in that email a mention of this thread as well as the email (username) of your master account as well as the username of your download center account (NOT passwords!). We may not be able to resolve until tomorrow am; there's a couple different potential causes for the issue.
In the meanwhile, double-check spam folders on your email account to make sure the auto-reset email from the download center wasn't hung up.
