    Export P2 EDL??

    Hi guys,

    I'm trying to help a guy move his project out of Avid where hes completed the offline edit and wants to online on Quantel. 


    We tried both EDL and AAF but each time the source TC defaults to absolute TC. I presume this is because there is no source tape?


    Is there a way I can get out an EDL/AAF/OMF or anything that will have the source TC that can be used re capture else where?


    Any help would be greatly appreciated as im stumped whether this is even possible

    I've managed to get around this problem now. Basically I transcoded the sequence to DNxHD 36 and then I was able to modify a source name that allowed me to create the EDL with the correct timecodes.
