Resizing a Targe sequence in Avid Xpress Pro

I'm trying to resize a Targa squence of a animated graphic in Avid Xpress Pro.  It is being used as a matte key.  When I try to put the resize effect on it it tell me that the effect doesn't apply.  Any suggestions?

    Thanks

     Hi,

This may sound like a stupid question, but it's been a while since I used a Matte Key.  Doesn't the Matte Key effect have resize parameters in it?

    good luck,

Of course it has. Use the effect editor on the matte key and adjust the size there.
