Hello I have a Media Composer PC system on Windows 10 Pro that I installed Pro Tools Studio on, by first uninstalling MC and then PT and the re install MC. I would expect my AVID Artist DnxIQ from Black Magic would work as a basic I/O at least, but upon launching it gives me a buffer size error and quits. This system is about 7 years old, and has worked well, but this problem really shouldn't happen in my view. Anyone have any suggestions? Right now both MC and PT don't work. I have a case with AVID, but it has fallen in deaf ears. It's about time these two softwares payed nice, maybe have their own pluggins and not share them? HELP!
